Query by Latitude/Longitude Location

Search the Oregon Water & Monitoring Well Standard Repository to select wells within a certain distance from a given latitude/longitude point.  The latitude/longitude point plus the distance from the point virtually creates a geographic area and all wells within that area will be selected.  Optionally, include an agency to limit the well data to be from the agency specified. 

 
Search Criteria (Partial words are acceptable.  Search is not case sensitive)
Latitude:  (from 41.0 and 47.0 degrees decimal)  
Longitude:  (from -125.0 and -115.0 degrees decimal)  
Buffer Distance:  (in feet)  
Agency:
