WELL ABANDONED ACCORDING TO SPECIAL STANDARDS SUPERSEDING FINAL ORDER ISSUED ON MAY 23, 2008. HEREBY ATTACHED TO THIS WELL REPORT. WELL WAS ABANDONED BY PLACEMENT OF FINE GRAIN SAND PLACED FROM 297'-301', THEN 16 CYDS OR 352 SACKS OF CEMENT GROUT PUMPED INTO BORE HOLE AND FILLED TO WITHIN 3 FT.. OF GROUND SURFACE. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REMOVE 10" LINER, APPROVAL WAS GIVEN TO CUT OFF 10" LINER 60 FT.. BELOW GROUND SURFACE AND FILL BORE HOLE WITH GROUT.
