GROUT PIPE SET TO 97 FEET ATTACHED TO FLANGE. CEMENT PUMPED IN UNTILL NEET CEMENT FLOWED OUT OF CASING THROUGH A VALVE MOUNTED ON THE SIDE OF CASING, VALVE THEN CLOSED AND CEMENT PUMPED UNTILL PRESSURE REACHED 100 PSI, LET SET 15 MIN. PRESSURE DROPED TO 60 PSI PUMPED BACK UP TO 100 PSI, LET SET 15 MIN. MANTAINED 100 PSI CLOSED GROUT PIPE VALVE.
