Comments
This well #4 L 135297 was repaired per requirements from OWRD and OHA. The well depth when starting did not match well report Jack 14480/33100. Actual depth was 434' not 406'. Well was unstable and caved to 319' (This is where the liner sits in the bore). A steel basket was made to suspend the liner from the well casing).
