An electronic transaction service charge of $1.00 (for new construction, deepenings & conversions) will be
assessed by NICUSA, e-commerce vendor for Oregon Water Resources. The electronic transaction service charge
is assessed per transaction; purchasing several Start Cards at once will save money on service charges.
