Well resealed only, cap was never removed. Static water was not checked. Well side-drilled on all sides to at least 7 inches greater on all all side of the casing leaving a minimum sized hole of 24 inches. Watermaster Dick Nimrod was present during sealing procedure. Well was side-drilled by Ron Morton, but was resealed by Dallas Beier.
