From well log: Abandonment procedure: Filled existing hole with pea gravel from 917 to 750 ft. Placed 10 ft bentonite plug from 750 to 740 ft. Filled hole with pea gravel from 740 to 229 ft. Perforated casing and filled with large chip bentonite (3/4 in) hydrated and capped well. Procedure inspected and approved by Brian Meyers Water Resources Dept.
