CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURE: COULD NOT GET BOTTOM SEAL AT 97 FT TO HOLD OUT BLACK SAND- VERY FINE. INSTALLED 6" CASING FROM +1 TO 117. PULLED 8" CASING. RESEALED TOP OF WELL FROM 0 TO 20 FT. POURED ADDITIONAL 15 SACKS 3/8" BENTONITE.
