Pre-alteration seal: Other to 26
rotary kelly brushing was 5' above ground level installed and cemented 10" as per Special Standards Request in alignment with Method #2 Step-Down casing/inner casing to achieve a split seal by means of ICP - Inflatable Casing Packer sealing the open-hole interval between the 10 3/4" and 12 3/4" casing strings from 12 3/4" casing shoe to surface. Found 20" pipe during the workover, washed over it and cemented it to surface. 14" temp casing removed during 10 3/4" cementing job
