Comments
Due to overhead powerlines the Well was pressure grouted in place from bottom up. Special Standards approval. 57 sacks of cement with 5% bentonite, calculated 30 sacks. Three feet of 8" pipe was cut off leaving the top 2 feet below ground. Topped off with bentonite chips from 10 to 5 then crushed rock from 5 to 2 feet below ground. Existing bentonite surface seal present. Camera was used to verify perforations in pipe matched the Well Report.
