The required 2013 and 2018 check point progress reports for permit S-35342 were not filed. WRD should require that these reports be filed, and any public comments on the reports evaluated, before issuing any extension PFO. 2. The permits were issued more than 50 years ago. A small amount of the permitted water has been developed in that time. The amount of permitted water is significantly larger than the existing, projected and reasonably expected demand. 3.
