10/06/2016Edward Anderson In response to the above-referenced application; Applicant includes a well location #1 in his application. This well is not located on the Applicant's land, it is located on our property. There is no legal easement across our property for Applicant to access the well on our property. In the past, this has been a shared well amongst three property owners. We have a 'Community Water System Agreement' recorded with Jackson County which clearly states, "The water system is to be used for domestic purposes at this time (household use only.") The shared well agreement ended with the sale of the property to Applicant Cosseboom. He has subsequently had his own well drilled on his property (referenced on his Application as 'Well #2.)
