 sproul jim Sent from my iPadSirs: I wish to comment on T-12718 (Larson Gordon and Julie)a water project transfer on Canyon Creek here in Grant County. It appears that the project was completed and paid for using SWCD funds before the point of diversion change was approved by water resources. This is a gross violation of law and it appears money’s were paid under the pretense of said documents being filed. Water rights are very precious and attempts to circumvent rules and regulation should not be allowed, especially when people go around the local legal process for personal gain. I expect your reply to these question and those responsible for this too be dealt with appropriately. Sincerely, Jim Sproul
