	Ben McCanna		Isn't Christmas Valley having a problems with over allocation of ground water? They are showing the same signs of water declines as we are in the Harney basin. How can a company that knows there is not enough water in an area. Continue to seek to take more water out of an area that is showing drought and big water losses?
