02/03/2023	John Eells	South Board of Control/Ridgeview Irrigation District	We would like to notify the OWRD that part of Transfer T14154 covers layered irrigation rights with the Ridgeview Irrigation District, as the primary right holder under Certificate number 81012, with the Bureau of Reclamation. This right is the older water right of the layered rights. This is notification that in this process the Ridgeview Irrigation District will NOT approve to have their water right diminished on the layered rights.
