02/27/2024Brian PosewitzWaterWatch of OregonAny permit issued for the proposed use should include all conditions recommended by ODFW, including a storage season limited to January 1 to April 14 (unless flow mitigation is provided) and a bypass plan showing how the applicant will ensure that all live flow is passed outside the storage season and after the permitted volume of storage is obtained. The bypass conditions should be in the form recommended by ODFW in Section 8A and 8B (first condition under each). If these recommended conditions are not included, the proposed use will be contrary to Division 33 rules, as indicated by ODFW. Thank you for considering these comments.
