The Eagle Point Irrigation District does not allow layering of other water rights on District certificated lands. 2. The supplied map omits the location of District water rights. The District has a place of use of 9.4 acers on tax lot 500 and 600 in the East half of the NW/SW quarter. It is currently temporarily moved and will revert back at the end of the season (T-14425) 3. The District relies on OWRD to protect District water rights from possible harm when considering other new water rights including detrimental implications and impacts of protests to the security of District water rights.
