I note several things: Water right C#90861 misidentifies the well location, it should be “measured from NE corner section 11" - not "section 12". The map is correct. All wells in the application tables and on the maps should be identified with both the HARN##### and Tag L-######. The unknown well (illegal well) should be brought into the well identification system. Obtain a start card, identify the well driller, the date drilled, and the land owner at that time if know. Determine if the well is properly constructed, make well repairs as needed, assign a HARN##### and Tag L-######, conduct a geophysical investigation to determine the casing construction details and the earth stratigraphy for the well log. The 5 transfer maps are confusing because some of the "to” and “from" places of use are moved more than once in T-14671. On map 2 of 5, how is it possible to move the pivot circumference thin arcs of the POU that are about 30 feet wide. Is that area created by removing sprinklers from the end of the pivot? How did the 2.8 acres on T-12150 application map for section 12 (Aug 18, 2015) become 5.0 acres on the T-14671 application map 2 of 5? The polygon in question appears to be the same size on both maps. The T-12150 Claim of Beneficial Use report does not list all of the current water meter readings. Those meters should have been used to determine the flow rates and included in the Claim Summary Table. Also the T-12150 COBU maps do not show the permit numbers, instead just dates. In Sections 3, the T-12150 COBU does not show water meters for each of the four wells, yet meters are shown in Section 4 for up to seven wells but the current readings are shown for only two wells. How was it possible to make beneficial use on just March 7, 2018? The low temperatures for Burns during the first week of March 2018 were below freezing. COBU map 2 of 2 shows all water rights to be supplemental, IS, that is incorrect. The T-13346 Claim of Beneficial Use report does not show the Tag L-###### for well #2. The COBU maps are not included.
