As a part of the State’s effort of continuous improvement, OWEB’s database server has been upgraded and migrated to the State Data Center. Much careful planning was done to make the transition as seamless as possible and many issues were successfully avoided. However, we are experiencing occasional database inaccessibility for minutes at a time with no ability to predict the outages. As a result, our

users may be intermittently unable to access our web applications


Also, the system is failing to send out database-driven alerts. These issues are a priority to address but we can give no definitive guidance on when to expect a return to the full functionality of our systems.​
